A Pilates class for women. Together we will work to improve your posture and alignment, core stability, overall strength, flexibility and coordination. Pilates is based on a set of principles that exercise the whole body through a range of mat-based exercises. It’s suitable for all ages and levels of ability – and with regular practice you can make positive changes to your body. Plus it’s great for your wellbeing too and a chance to exercise with like minded women.
