A workshop for ALL women to learn about their pelvic floor and core. The morning will include a talk from women's health physio Tara Scott, a resistance based movement session with Maria Dean focusing on pelvic floor and core health and a Rel-ease session including gentle movement and myofascial release techniques to encourage you to let go with Nikki Baring. There are limited spaces. It will take place in the beautiful space at Storey's Field Centre.
